At Crestiq, every item is handmade by hand with genuine care and attention. We take great pride in the quality of every piece that leaves our hands — and we want you to love what you receive.
📦 Because Everything is Handmade...
Each item is made to order, which means once we begin crafting your piece, materials and time have already been invested. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges simply due to a change of mind.
We kindly ask that you read all product descriptions, sizing details, and photos carefully before placing your order.
✅ When We Will Always Help You
We will absolutely make it right if:
- Your item arrives damaged or broken
- Your item arrives significantly different from what was shown
- Your order arrives incomplete
In any of these cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via our Contact page with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer.
🎨 Custom & Personalised Orders
Custom orders are made especially for you and therefore cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or faulty. Please double-check all details (colour, size, name, etc.) before confirming your order.
⏱️ How Long Refunds Take
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
