1. Overview
At Crestiq Ltd, every item is handmade by hand in the United Kingdom. Because of this, all orders require a production period before they are ready to dispatch. We take great care in making and packaging every order to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.
2. Production & Processing Time
Before your order is dispatched, it must first be made. Please allow the following production times:

Production time begins from the date your order confirmation email is sent — not from the date of payment.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
During busy periods such as Christmas, Valentine's Day, and Mother's Day, production times may be slightly longer. We will always communicate any delays as early as possible.
3. UK Shipping
Once your order has been made and dispatched, standard UK delivery timeframes are as follows:

- Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed
- Crestiq Ltd dispatches orders via Royal Mail or an equivalent trusted UK courier
- Where tracking is available, your tracking number will be emailed to you upon dispatch
- Crestiq Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or courier services once your order has been handed over for delivery
4. International Shipping
Crestiq Ltd currently ships to selected international destinations. If your country is available, it will appear as an option at checkout.

Important for international customers:
- All international delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing
- Crestiq Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by customs or border control in the destination country
- Any import duties, customs fees, taxes, or charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer — these are not included in our prices or shipping charges
- Crestiq Ltd is not responsible for parcels held or seized by customs authorities
- We strongly recommend checking your country's import regulations before ordering
5. Delivery Address
- It is your sole responsibility to provide a complete, accurate, and current delivery address at the time of ordering
- Crestiq Ltd cannot be held responsible for orders lost, delayed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
- If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, you will be responsible for the cost of re-delivery before the order is resent
- Address changes after an order is placed cannot be guaranteed — please contact us immediately at crestiq.uk/pages/contact if you need to amend your delivery address
6. Order Tracking
- Where a tracked service is used, your tracking number will be provided via email once your order is dispatched
- Tracking updates are provided by Royal Mail or the relevant courier and are outside of Crestiq Ltd's control
- If your tracking shows delivery was attempted but you were not home, it is your responsibility to rearrange delivery or collect from your local depot within the timeframe specified by the courier
7. Lost or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the following timeframes from your dispatch date, please contact us:

We will investigate with the courier on your behalf. Please note:
- Crestiq Ltd cannot be held responsible for parcels confirmed as delivered by the courier to the correct address
- In cases where a parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, Crestiq Ltd will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion
- Claims for lost parcels must be made within 28 days of the dispatch date
8. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged due to transit, please:
- Take clear photographs of the damaged packaging and item immediately
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at crestiq.uk/pages/contact with your order number and photographs
- Do not dispose of the packaging — we may need it as evidence for a courier claim
Claims made after 48 hours of delivery cannot be accepted. Where a valid transit damage claim is accepted, Crestiq Ltd will offer a replacement or refund.
9. Packaging
Every Crestiq Ltd order is carefully packaged by hand to protect your item during transit. We take pride in our packaging and aim for every order to feel special when it arrives.
If you would like gift wrapping or a personalised note included with your order, please leave a note at checkout or contact us at crestiq.uk/pages/contact and we will do our very best to accommodate your request.
10. Dispatch Confirmation
You will receive an email notification when your order has been dispatched. If you do not receive a dispatch email within your expected production timeframe, please check your junk or spam folder before contacting us.
11. Shipping During Peak Periods
During high demand periods, production and delivery times may be longer than usual. We recommend ordering early for the following occasions:
- 🎄 Christmas — order by 10th December for standard delivery
- 💝 Valentine's Day — order by 7th February
- 🌸 Mother's Day — order by 14th March
- 🐣 Easter — order by 14th April
Crestiq Ltd cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date during peak periods unless an expedited service is selected and confirmed at checkout.
